Steel Strapping
ACDS Services sector distributes a complete range of steel strapping, solutions for applications involving economical hand tools to fully automatic strapping stations.We offer two types of steel strapping, namely, Supreme and Mega Supreme high tensile steel strappings. Each is specially formulated to meet industrial demands for specific applications. Several sizes and finishes are offered which match the specific requirements of those applications. Our product range also includes stainless steel strapping, high tensile steel strapping, band it stainless steel strapping, signode steel strapping and more.
Supreme Grade Steel strapping is a cold-rolled, medium carbon steel strapping which is manufactured with superior edge conditioning and coating.
Mega Supreme High Tensile Steel Strapping is cold-rolled, medium carbon steel strapping which is heat-treated with a customized process that combines fine surface finish and controlled physical properties with high strength and excellent shock resistance.

Cold rolling gives steel greater strength, permitting much closer control of thickness thereby providing a smooth finish. However, it reduces the ductility and the ability to elongate and absorb shocks. These properties are restored to Mega Supreme strapping, through a custom developed heat-treatment process. This process yields a superior quality, uniform strapping material with high strength , narrow tolerances, a high yield point, and sufficient ductility to be bent around sharp corners.
